For the fifth year in a row, ABC10 is taking a Stand Against Hunger and calling on our community to support seven local food banks that are feeding people facing food insecurity. Donating just $5 makes 15 nutritious meals possible for families hoping to put a holiday spread on the table. This giving season, consider the impact a small shift in spending could make – a $5 coffee might fuel your morning, but if donated to a food bank, it can fill plates and fuel brighter futures right here in our community.

Now through December 25, Safeway is collecting donations in store to support local food banks and hunger relief organizations. You can donate $10 at the check stand to help nourish our neighbors in need this holiday season.

Even a $1 donation makes an impact! All donations to Food For Families stay local, so 100% of your contribution helps people in your area.
